Brett Boswinkle

Brett Boswinkle is our clinical administrator and is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and CSAYC. Brett attained a B.S. from Ball State University and a M.S. in Mental Health Counseling from Capella University. He has 7 years of Bachelor’s level experience and received his Master’s in 2009. Brett’s areas of expertise include Sexually Maladaptive Behaviors, Severe Behavior Disorders, and Trauma-Based Disorders.

Arthur Kupersmith, PhD

Dr. Arthur Kupersmith earned his Masters in Personality and Social Psychology and Doctoral Degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Wisconsin/Madison. He has been an Indiana Licensed Psychologist since 1978 and a licensed Health Service Provider Psychologist since 1982. With nearly 40 years of clinical experience, Dr. Kupersmith specializes in assessments, serious mental illnesses, geropsychology, and disabilities.

Megan Boruff

Therapist

Megan is a therapist at FSSI and obtained her LMHCA in 2019. She graduated from Purdue University with a BS in psychology and from Ball State University with an M.A in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Megan completed her internship at FSSI while working with sexually abusive adults and youth. Megan primarily provides therapy for teenagers with sexual abuse trauma, sexually maladaptive behavior, depression, anxiety, and defiant disorders. She also has experience with couple’s, family therapy, and providing LGBTQ+ support.

Sam Boswer

Therapist

Sam Bowser is Mental Health Counselor. Sam attained a B.A. from Taylor University and a two M.A.s in Clinical Psychology and Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Ball State University. She received her Masters’ degrees in 2021. Sam’s areas of expertise include Trauma-related Disorders; Gender-Romantic-Sexual Minorities; Assessments. Gina Cale

Therapist

Gina graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University with a BS in Psychology; she has two master degrees, one in Addictions and the other in Mental Health Counseling. Gina is a Nationally Certified Counselor in Addictions; and also Licensed Clinical Addictions Counselor (LCAC), in the state of Indiana. She has experience and training working with a variety of populations, including those who suffer from trauma.

Tellissa Colglazier

Therapist

Tellissa earned her B.S.W. and Master of Social Work degree from Indiana Wesleyan University.  She primarily works with adults struggling with issues related to trauma, codependency, PTSD, anxiety, depression and other generalized therapeutic needs. Tellissa also works with survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault and stalking. She has a passion for helping others and strives to help survivors of domestic violence break the cycle while empowering them to have healthier relationships.
